Leadership for Collective Action (LCA) is more than a program—it’s a professional community rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to systemic change. Our network brings together experienced facilitators, strategic advisors, policy experts, and operational leaders who have worked side by side for over a decade across sectors and continents.
Many of us first joined forces through the Leadership for Universal Health Coverage (L4UHC) program, which has supported national reform efforts in more than 15 countries. Building on that foundation, we have since expanded our approach into new areas—from green economy transitions to education reform—through the Leadership for Collective Action model.
